These terms apply to purchases from our website. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Products and brand relationship
ROKRIS LTD is an independent UK retailer authorised to sell Huepar products in the United Kingdom. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Check the product description for the model, specifications and included accessories before ordering.
Orders and prices
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT. Standard UK delivery is free on all orders. The total payable is shown at checkout before you place your order.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, or discover a pricing or description error, we will contact you to explain and offer a correction or cancellation with a refund of any payment collected. Changes to website prices do not change an order already accepted.
Delivery
Estimated UK delivery is 2–5 working days from ordering, including processing. See our Shipping Policy for details. Goods remain our responsibility until delivered into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate. If delivery is delayed or missing, contact us so we can investigate and resolve it.
Returns, cancellations and faulty goods
We offer a 30-day return window. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the process, costs, return address and refund timing. This offer does not replace or restrict statutory cancellation rights or your rights when goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.
Any additional store or manufacturer warranty applies only as expressly described for the product and does not affect your statutory rights. We do not represent that purchasing from us gives access to an authorised-dealer manufacturer warranty.
Website use and privacy
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or infringe the rights of others. Keep any account login details secure. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used.
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with ROKRIS LTD; Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and is not the seller of our products.
Responsibility and consumer protection
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction within the UK. The terms in effect when your order is accepted apply to that order. Updates apply to future orders.
