30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Email support@rokrisshop.com with your order number or proof of purchase and the items you wish to return. Please send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.

Condition and return costs
For change-of-mind returns, please return the complete item with its accessories and, where possible, original packaging. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. We may deduct a reasonable amount for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
You are responsible for the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact us and we will arrange a suitable return at our expense. Discounted products have the same applicable return rights as full-price products.
Refunds
We refund the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Where applicable, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery; any extra cost of an optional premium delivery service is not refunded. Your bank may take additional time to display the payment.
Your UK consumer rights
Our 30-day return offer is in addition to your legal rights. For most online goods purchases, you have the right to cancel within 14 days after delivery and then a further 14 days to send the goods back. Nothing in this policy limits your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. Contact us to request the remedy to which you are entitled.
